1. First of all it is important that your design reproduces successfully. Remember - some of our products are small so complicated designs simply will not reproduce well or stand out. If you have any concerns please email your image to us and we will reply with our opinion. We may be able to
modify your design or create fresh artwork to make it suitable. Product dimensions are available on the 'Products' page. Should we need to modify your design or provide a design from scratch we will provide you with firm quote for the work before commencing.
2. Once we receive your design we will create a graphic image with your design in place on your chosen product(s). We will email the image to you for approval. For larger orders over 100 units we will post you a fully finished prototype.
Your design will be reproduced in full colour using a fine-detail colour digital press then encapsulated in a clear acrylic dome and placed on your chosen product. All of our products come individually packaged, for more information see 'Products'.
3. Upon approval of our graphic image or prototype we will endeavour to produce the finished product and despatch it to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
If you wish to provide you own product to be finished with a personalised design, we will be happy to help, please provide an example to enable us to accurately quote.
